La Place Aramis Blanc 2007, White wine Wine

La Place Aramis Blanc 2007, White wine Wine

Origin: France - Southwest
Characteristics: If you’ve never heard of Aramis Blanc before, I and everyone I work with should be fired. This is a stick of dynamite in a bottle! Lemon drops, grapefruit, zest of lime, pine and mint undertones and endless freshness and verve. I’ve been drinking this for years, and I think that 2007 is the best I’ve ever had. Back up the truck already!

Aia Vecchia Vermentino 2012
Characteristics: Aia Vecchia 2012 Vermentino, Maremma Toscana IGT | 13% | Vermentino with a splash of Viognier grown in Magliano in Tuscany and Montiano. In the glass, the wine is straw yellow with pale green hues. The bouquet is fresh with zesty aromas of freshly cut grass, grapefruit and hints of salt air. On the palate, the wine has a creamy and round mouthfeel for a wine of stainless steel exclusively with bright acidity accompanied by hints of limestone and a slight earthiness. The finish is lengthy, dry and refreshing.

Bianchi New Age White
Characteristics: Every so often you come across a wine that everyone loves to drink. You can bring it to a party and know that both the wine snob and the wine cooler crowds are going to embrace it. In fact, people who say they don’t like New Age are lying and cannot be trusted. It’s fun, it’s full of apple, citrus and melon fruit, and it sparkles a little -perfect for deck-drinkin’ or casual meals. Besides being delicious, New Age has a mammal on the inside-label! What’s not to like?

Try a Tincho! This is a popular drink in Buenos Aires. Place two slices of lime in the bottom of the glass, add ice cubes, then pour in the New Age White - very refreshing on a hot summer day.
