Caves de Saumur Bourgueil Beauregard 2009, Cabernet Franc Wine
Origin: France - Loire
Artisan Vineyard Notes
Characteristics: First thing is a tip on pronouncing Bourgueil. it's boar-guy. If you can slide the pieces together at the back of your throat you'll come passably close. The wine gratefully is far easier to drink than pronounce. Made of Cabernet Franc it has some blueberries along with pencil shavings in the aromas. Bourgueil is a bit more rustic than Chinon but they share a well acid fruitiness infused by some herbs, tarragon. Wine Review by LAC, 5/12/2010
Food Pairings: I like Bourgueil with chicken or pork particularly when there is a fruity moutarde serve alongside.

Riedel Vinum Cabernet/Merlot 2 packs
Description: Introduced in 1986, Vinum was the first machine-made series of glasses in history to be based exclusively on the characteristics of quality, reasonable price and wide distribution.
Vinum has had a permanent impact on the globe's wine glass culture. These glasses have proved to consumers and restaurateurs that the pleasure of consuming wine starts with the glass.
The Vinum collection, developed by Georg Riedel on the principle that the content commands the shape, is the "Vitrum-Vinothek" for every day use. Vinum is made of more than 24% lead crystal.
