SERVICE IDEAS FOR SOLARIS:
-as an Aperitif; serve chilled
-as a Cocktail over ice; try with pineapple juice or club soda (or both!)
-add a slice of fresh ginger – warm it on a cold winter day
-with Appetizers; cured meats, marcona almonds, green olives
-for dessert; serve at room temp; then linger at the table
-with dessert; fruit tarts in a buttery pastry
-as the perfect match for a Knudsen caramel
-refrigerate after opening; or leave in the liquor cabinet until your next glass

From the Red Stag Supper Club, here's Ole's recipe for the Lemongrass-Solaris cocktail -just the sip to hit the spot!
750 mL organic vodka
3/4 c chopped lemongrass
peel of 1 lime
Steep 7 days.
2 parts Alexis Bailly Solaris
1 part lemongrass vodka
Stir until well-chilled. Strain.
Garnish with lemon twist.
