Characteristics: Fevre enjoys the privilege of two prized parcels both high and low; the first with a southeasterly exposure which achieves ripe rich elegance the second flatter plot lends acidity and austerity. Blended together achieves singular results. Only Dauvissat possesses comparable SE exposure. If only words could contain the thriving world this glass contains; citrus, mineral seashells and flint are well balanced by just perfectly ripened fruit –with an exotic limey touch of juniper and cedar both aromatic and proud with sap.
